Q: If the reincarnation exists, why the three monotheists religions the most known do not speak about it, in their “Holly book?
R: On the contrary. Take the Hebrews, for them the idea of
past lives was generally allowed. It is buckled in the testament
(Isaiah XXIV-19 and Job XIV). They believed that the return
of their prophet Ely on the earth was to arrive before the
Messiah. In New Testament, the Rabbis require of Jesus if
he was Ely; that supposes that they know the reincarnation.
This one was teached like secret doctrine at the intellectuals
of this time. These teachings were collected in ZOHAR and
CABAL. It’s spoken there about the immortality of the Soul,
the successive lives and the plurality of the inhabited worlds.
The Cabal affirms that the rebirths make it possible to the
men to purify themselves and in Zohar all the souls are subjected
to the transmigration tests. In the Christian Gospel, Jesus
has referred in it on several occasions. His disciples ask
to him whether Ely returned, he answers them in the affirmative
saying to them that Ely ready came and they didn’t recognize
him but did all to him that they liked. His disciples understand
that he speaks about Jean-Baptist (Matthew XI 11-17). There
is also the parabola of the blind man of birth who begged,
the disciples ask to Jesus if they were the sins which were
the cause of blindness. The disciples thus believed that
the blind man of birth could have sin before he is born.
Moreover Jesus doesn’t seem surprised by such a question
and answers them quite naturally saying to them “neither
one nor the other but it is so that works of the power of
God did it (John IX - 3). It should be known that until 553
of our era, the idea of the transmigration of the soul formed
part of the Christian religion. It is with the Council of
Constantinople IV Century that this belief was eliminated
by the pars from the church for several reasons. Among Moslems
there is also made there a buckled allusion, the ismaelites
Shiites and Sufis professed the faith in the reincarnation
in a secret or allegorical way. In the Coran, it is known
that “He gave
you the life when you were private. Then He will make you
die, then He will revive to you and finally it is with him
that you will turn over. (Al Baquarah)

Q: Which is the goal of the reincarnation?
R: Nature points out to us all days in his seasonal cycle that the life is an eternal restarting. Nothing get lost, all transforms. Take the example of water: it evaporates and becomes clouds, then condenses and falls down out of rainwater. The purpose of the incarnation is to learn how to make experiment of the matter, to permit us to grow, to change and to improve us on intellectual but also moral level. Thus the soul is purified and become perfect.

Q: If the physical body dies, what does reincarnate?
R: What reincarnetes, is the Soul that we can name “Incarnated Spirit”.
|
|
Q: What is the Soul?
R: There is a divergence of opinion on the nature of the Soul. If it’s exact that the Soul is a spark of life emanating from the Great Whole, I will retain, in what relates to me, the concept of Soul as an individual and intelligent immaterial being which resides in us and who survives the body. It is this principle which reincarnates.
